Hope you had a happy Monday! It's always so hard for me to get back into work mode after the weekend, but to work I went this morning.

Now onto the food. I've been reading a lot about banana ice cream and decided I really wanted to give it a try.
It's actually super simple and super delicious!
Toss 2-3 bananas in the freezer so they are nice and frozen.
It was actually really hard to unpeel them when they were frozen so next time I would peel them and slice them up then freeze them. A stitch in time saves nine!
Slice them up into manageable chunks.
Toss them into your blender or food processor.
Throw in some other mix-ins you like. I used about a tablespoon of almond butter, some cinnamon, and a little splash of vanilla.
Blend up till it's nice and smooth. Scraping the sides of the blender as necessary.
Then spatula it out into a bowl.
I stuck mine back in the freezer for a short bit while I was finishing up the dishes so it could get nice and chilly again.
Garnish as you wish. The chocolate chips make for a great choice. And enjoy!
